The allocate.r file
is an R script that requires the free, open-source R statistical
environment to run. The script is self-contained and can be run
using the source
command. It provides a function that determines the necessary
sampling rate and sample size according to the algorithms in the
paper, and examples of using the function to determine the results
that we used to construct Table 2.</p>
