Description
The zip file (raw_data.zip) contains two separate files of raw data, these are:
LED_Colortemp.csv, is the raw data that compares 6 difficult colored 'white' LED lights and a control (no light). Samples were collected as per photos 2–3 (photo.docx). A single NA in a block for a given night represents an operational problem with one lamp, e.g., a battery failure. There are two complete blocks of NA's, which refers to an accidental incorrect positioning of lamps within a block on a given night, this error was accounted for during analysis.
Column definitions
1: Block, experimental block
2: Position, position of light within experimental block
3: Date
4: Light, the type of light used in the experiment (refer photos.docx for details)
Columns 5 to 18 represent the abundance in different taxonomic groups

19: Total abundance across all groups.
LED_vs_HPS_Comparison.csv is the raw insect attraction data of comparisons between 4000k LED highbay and HPS lamps. The sampling device consisted of an A2 sized sheet of Tanglefoot coated mylar hung beneath the lights as per photo 1 (photo.docx). All lights were turned on at 9pm, the finish time for each lamp is then specified. Orientation refers to the orientation of sampling panel with respect to the light currenly active on that particular night
Column Definitions
1: Date
2: Temperature, at 10pm at 10 meters above ground
3: Replicate, location of each individual replicate pair of lights
4: Start time, time light turned on at night
5: Finish time, time light turned off at night
6: Light, light type active on that given night
7: Orientation, direction of sampling plane relative to the active light on that night
Columns 8-23 represent the abundance in different taxonomic groups
