pcurve.zip -- library of S-Plus functions (version 3.3) for principal curve gradient analysis.
Pcurve_library.zip -- directory with S-Plus library files.
The file pcurve.zip contains a library of S-Plus functions for principal curve gradient analysis. The library is for S-Plus 3.3 for Windows and needs to be recompiled for S-Plus 4.5. A Windows help system is automatically loaded with the library and appears in the Help drop down menu.
By using pcmenu() a series of pull down menus are loaded, and will enable the user to do most tasks. The curves can also be fitted from the prompt using pcurve() -- see Help for details.
Graphical methods for interactively diagnosing the fit of principal curves and presenting the ordination results are included in the library.
This library will periodically updated; information is available directly from the author.
