1&2parKernelCode.zip -- All files for running one and two parameter dispersal kernels in MATLAB.
1parKernelCode.zip

2parKernelCode.zip -- All files for running two parameter dispersal kernels in MATLAB.

See Download page for individual files.

Description

All files require MATLAB to run. The file 1&2parKernelCode.zip contains two directories, one with code for dispersal modelling with one-parameter kernels and one with code for two-parameter kernels. The file 1parKernelCode.zip contains a directory with all code for modelling one-parameter kernels, and 2parKernelCode.zip contains equivalent files for the two-parameter dispersal kernels.

The readme embedded in the .zip files contains a thorough explanation of the modelling process. Each program, graphfit.m and runfit.m, are annotated with internal comments.

NOTE: Individual raw data transect files (from online Supplement 1) must be unzipped and included in the active directory when running the MATLAB code.
