Description

Overview
The file spcodes.txt contains codes, short programs, and detailed instructions on how to perform the following analyses in S-PLUS:
(1) Ordinary least squares (OLS) regression models, including polynomial trend-surface analysis.
(2) Gaussian conditional spatial autoregressive (CAR) models.
(3) Moran’s I correlograms for raw data and OLS residuals.
To run the codes and programs, the appropriate text must be pasted into a ‘Script’ window in S-PLUS, with the Spatial Module activated.

Required software
(1) S-PLUS (version 3.3 or higher) for Windows (PC) or Unix
(2) S-PLUS Spatial Module
