Appendix B (Table B1). Confidence set of models estimating the effects of major threats on Chinook population trend, when 79 populations spawning in the interior Columbia River basin are excluded from the large-scale analysis. These populations are excluded to help determine whether the positive effect of dams on population trend (Table 4b) might be a real consequence of recent passage improvements to the major dams in the Columbia River system. For all models, the sample size is 122. Data are formatted as in Table 3.
