Appendix C (TABLE C1). ANOVA models for the differences in general body size measurements from SAS PROC MIXED with river, site, sex and the site × sex interaction as fixed effects. Significant F values are in bold. For all size traits, there was a significant population effect and sex effect. There was a significant difference in standard length among rivers, and a significant site × sex interaction for all traits except body depth.
