Table E1. Range of models predicting the effect of temperature and its interaction with environmental factors on rates of respiration in streams in this study. Individual terms were evaluated with likelihood ratio tests and models were compared using AICc. E = the model-specific estimated slope, Bo = the estimated intercept, N = sample size, k = number of parameters, and AICc wi is the model weight for each model considered.
